Service and eligibility

AI Hair Color Change at https://aihaircolorchange.com creates synthetic hair dye videos from portraits using fal.ai, Nano Banana image editing, Kling video generation and FFmpeg composition. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use every uploaded portrait. AI can alter faces, hair, clothes and backgrounds. A particular color, identity match or salon result is not guaranteed. Review results before sharing and disclose AI generation where required.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate billing details. Do not upload unauthorized portraits, exploit minors, create sexual or abusive impersonations, mislead others about a person's actions, infringe rights, evade usage limits, or disrupt the service. You retain rights you have in your input and grant us permission to process it only to provide the service. Output rights remain subject to applicable law and provider terms; uniqueness or copyright protection is not guaranteed.

Content standards and prohibited categories

These rules apply to uploaded photos, generation requests, generated videos and their use. Do not submit, generate, distribute or use the service for:

1. Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery, including synthetic sexual content.
2. Content involving minors: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, grooming, exploitation, or depictions encouraging harm to children. Do not upload portraits of anyone under 18 to this adult-only service.
3. Violence or gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, cruelty or extreme bloodshed, or content threatening, encouraging or glorifying violence or terrorism.
4. Hate speech: content attacking, dehumanizing, threatening or inciting discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
5. Deepfakes, impersonation or deception: unauthorized use of another person's likeness, deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, fraud or content falsely portraying a real person's actions. Authorized, clearly disclosed creative hair-color transformations are permitted; deceptive or abusive use is not.
6. Copyright, trademark or other rights violations: uploading or generating content without the necessary rights or permission, copying protected works unlawfully, misusing logos or trademarks to suggest an affiliation, or violating privacy or publicity rights.

Do not bypass provider safety checks or attempt to evade these restrictions. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions and for reviewing outputs before use.

Reporting prohibited content

Report suspected violations by emailing support@aihaircolorchange.com with the subject Content abuse report, or submit a report through account support. Email reports do not require an account. Include a content link, task or order identifier if available, the category of concern, a brief explanation and a reply address. Rights holders should identify the protected work or trademark and explain their authority to report. Do not email illegal imagery, CSAM, passwords or unnecessary personal information; provide identifiers instead.

Content moderation, action and appeals

Generation requests are subject to the model provider's safety checks. These checks can miss prohibited material and do not replace our review. Our review process is handled by the service operator and is not a claim that every output receives advance human approval.

When a report is received, we record the available identifiers and allegations, assess urgency and review relevant service records and available content against these rules. We may ask for clarification and prioritize suspected child exploitation, credible threats and other serious unlawful content. Where a violation is established, we may restrict access to the relevant work within our service, suspend or terminate accounts, and refer removal requests to the hosting or model provider. We cannot guarantee removal of copies already downloaded or published elsewhere. Where required by law, we preserve relevant evidence and report to the appropriate authorities.

We communicate the review outcome to the reporting person and affected user when lawful and practicable, while protecting personal information and investigation details. To appeal a moderation action, email the same address with the subject Moderation appeal, the relevant identifier and an explanation. The operator will conduct a human reconsideration and communicate the outcome where lawful and practicable. These channels do not replace emergency services when someone faces immediate danger.

Credit packs and delivery

The pricing page lists one-time USD credit packs: 2,000 credits for $9.90, 8,000 for $24.90, and 20,000 for $49.90. Each hair video uses 2,000 credits. Credits expire 365 days after purchase, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Price changes apply to future purchases.

Purchased credits are delivered to your signed-in account after verified payment confirmation; a browser success redirect alone is not payment confirmation. Video generation is asynchronous. Confirmed failed tasks restore credits. Download completed videos promptly because provider links can expire. All generations require a signed-in account and purchased credits. No free generations are offered.

Payments and refunds

When enabled, Waffo Pancake provides hosted checkout and payment processing. We do not receive full card numbers or card security codes. A checkout clearly marked Test is a sandbox and does not represent a live purchase. See our Refund Policy before paying. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains photo processing and task records. Submit service, billing, privacy or deletion requests through account support. Include your order or task number, never a full card number, password or API key. You may request account closure through support.

Suspension, availability and liability

We may restrict access for abuse, fraud or legal requirements. We will review undelivered paid benefits and unused credits if we permanently discontinue a paid service. Third-party model availability may affect delivery. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect losses; nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

Material changes will be announced on this website before they take effect where required. The update date identifies this version. Disputes and rights remain subject to applicable mandatory law.
